Open eval from conversation

You can now open call eval directly from the conversation section using the shield icon in the header. This keeps the call details page cleaner, and when you open eval it appears in a full-screen modal so you can review rule results and violations without squeezing the conversation view.

Show call title in conversation

You now see the call title directly under the Conversation heading. This keeps the most important context next to the transcript instead of in a separate summary card.

See eval status before opening

When you hover the eval shield icon, you now get a quick status popup. It tells you if all rules passed or how many rules were broken, so you can decide whether to open eval right away.

Contact details in the call header

You now see contact details directly at the top of each call. If a contact has a name, it appears as the primary title with the phone number shown underneath, so you can identify callers faster at a glance.

Contact creation removed from call details

The call details view no longer includes a contact creation flow. This keeps the page focused on reviewing the conversation and call outcome.

Cleaner call rating section

The call quality rating section now starts collapsed by default, so the call page stays more focused when you just want to review the conversation. The rerun analysis action has also been removed to keep this area simpler and reduce visual noise.

Clearer icons for unanswered and failed calls

In your calls list, unanswered calls now use a phone icon so they are easy to spot as "no answer" outcomes. Actual call errors now use an error icon, making it clearer when a call failed due to a technical issue.

Quality ring around call sentiment

In your calls list, each sentiment icon is now encircled by a quality ring based on the call’s quality score. This gives you a quick visual summary of both sentiment and overall call quality in the same place.
