Call heatmap and missed calls dashboard

Your dashboard now includes a call heatmap that visualizes when your calls come in throughout the week. Each cell represents an hour of the day, color-coded by call volume, so you can instantly spot your busiest periods. Alongside the heatmap, a new missed calls calculator shows you how many calls went unanswered and when they happened, helping you staff your lines at the right times.

Call evaluation and message feedback

You can now evaluate completed calls directly from the call detail view. Rate the overall quality of a call and leave feedback on individual messages within the conversation. This makes it easy to review how your agents are performing and identify areas where prompts or abilities need adjustment.

Improved onboarding experience

New users are now guided through a step-by-step onboarding flow when they first sign in. The flow walks you through setting up your company, configuring your first agent, and connecting a phone number. A new Getting Started section on the dashboard shows your progress and highlights what to do next, so you can start receiving calls as quickly as possible.

Contact management

You can now view all your contacts in a dedicated contacts page. Each contact shows how many calls they have made and lets you drill into their full call history. Filter your call list by contact to quickly find every conversation with a specific caller.

Danish language support and UI improvements

The entire dashboard is now available in Danish. Switch between English and Danish at any time, and all pages, buttons, and labels will update instantly. On the design side, agent and call details now open in a side panel instead of a modal, giving you more room to work without losing your place. Loading states, empty states, and animations have been polished across every page for a smoother experience.
